A SHINING STAR
IN THE JUNGLE OF COSTA RICA

Luna del Mar, literally Sea Moon in English, is a 70s bungalow that has been lovingly restored by transatlantic couple Sarah and Russ. It’s a lovingly tactile experience to stay here.

Zancudo is a sleepy little village at the end of the road. It's off the beaten path. It’s lush rainforest, a near empty beach and otherworldly vibes. The sunsets are sublime.

The Luna del Mar 1970s bungalow is set just off the beach. They wanted an illustrative logo that captured the magic of the jungle environment.

You can hear and see the macaws, and watch the pelicans, kites and hawks fly silently above. Surprise guests like sloths, hummingbirds, capuchins and iguanas will hopefully greet you. And yet you’re in a luxurious space, with all mod cons and as little or as much connection with the outside world as you want.

Their illustrative logo and sea tones have inspired little touches around the home that add to the atmosphere,
as well as creating a style that is recognisable across other platforms too.
